The National Restaurant Association show returns to Chicago on Saturday
The National Restaurant Association Show makes a triumphant return in May for the first time in three years! Get ready once again for the most comprehensive annual trade show serving the restaurant, catering and hospitality industry on the planet. The Gregula team is quoted to cover our fifth National Restaurant Association Show at Chicago’s McCormick Place. There will be plenty to do during these four days of meetings, visits, tastings, tests and more. HIGHLIGHTS OF THE SHOW
On Saturday, May 21 at 2:00 p.m. (Grand Ballroom), hear Alexis Ohanian, Founder of Seven Seven Six and Co-Founder of Reddit, shed new light on how creating and embracing disruption can amplify growth and produce positive transformations. Moderated by Starr Marcello of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, this conversation will address the disruptions — including cryptocurrency, Web 3.0, and historic social and cultural shifts — that are changing the future of business and the how they will translate to the restaurant industry.
Chiefs for Ukraine
This year, the National Restaurant Association Show supports the ongoing humanitarian efforts of World Central Kitchen’s #ChefsForUkraine program. The Fair has set a goal of raising $50,000 to support efforts to provide fresh meals to Ukrainian families.

The beverage room
In The Beverage Room, located on Level 3 of the Lakeside Center (Booth 11430), attendees will find an exclusive space to experience bold flavors, discover new products, stay on top of trends, and make business decisions about their beverage programs. Several master mixologists and beverage experts will be on hand to share their creations and insights into the new art of hospitality, strategies to improve beverage programs, and the latest in beer, wine, and spirits. .
